Performing the Assessment
The client gets an access code and runs the assessment directly from their laptop when ready.
Assess
Clients play an engaging game where they accumulate rewards making choices with an immersive backstory, which makes it more fun than a tedious questionnaire. Their task is simply to make decisions based on different types of information presented.
Analysis
Behavioral and neurobiological patterns are analyzed, such as, decisions, pupil dilation, and subconscious eye gaze patterns.
The Report you get
You receive a personal report across 8 key aspects with graphics, explanations, comparisons to other individuals, and concrete recommendations. This helps you identify situations where you or your client will stand out and areas for improvement.
For example:
- Behavior when encountering uncertainty and limited information
- Bias towards negative or positive outcomes
- How information is gathered and processed
- The type of decision-making errors that are likely to occur and awareness of danger areas (i.e. Blind Spots: difference in behavior and self-perception)
- Team level synchrony, composition, leadership and much much more…
The results include personalized and actionable insights to leverage strengths and improve in other areas.

We obtain short video and delete it when the information is processed. No biometric info is retained.
